Since you have a busy schedule, you may be late at times.
In this case, the teacher expects you to appear at lesson within 15 minutes after the scheduled start time of the lesson.
If you are not connected to the lesson within the first 15 minutes, the lesson will automatically end due to the absence of a student. Attention! The teacher cannot extend the lesson if you are late as there, may be other lessons booked after yours.
If your teacher is more than 10 minutes late for a lesson, you can file a complaint with the site administration and get an additional lesson.
You can cancel your reservation 24 hours or more before the start of the lesson, and you can rebook another free time with any teacher. If you stop a lesson for your own reasons after it has started, the lesson will be considered complete.
To cancel your reservation:
Log in to your account and navigate to the “Reservation History” sidebar on the left.
You will see a list of all booked lessons. Click "CANCEL" next to the lesson you want to cancel.
