Our service works 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.

Our booking system is available to you at any time. You can book a lesson at most a week in advance, and less than 1 hour before the start of the lesson.

Lesson material

Our lessons are divided into two groups: conversation and materials (articles).

The conversation can cover many topics that you and your teacher can discuss.

Canceling a lesson

Lessons may be canceled before the start of the lesson.

If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the lesson starts, you will automatically be given the option to book a new class time. However, if you cancel a lesson less than 24 hours before it starts, your lesson is automatically ended.

To cancel a lesson:

Log in to your account and go to "Reservation History". You will see a list of all booked lessons. Click "CANCEL" next to the lesson you want to cancel.


JKEENG may cancel a booked lesson if payment is not confirmed. If it so, please contact us for further information.

If you repeatedly cancel lessons with the same teacher, your account will be taken note of, which may result in your account being deleted.


Being late

If you are late for a lesson more than 15 minutes, the lesson will be canceled automatically.

If your teacher is late for a lesson more than 10 minutes, you can file a complaint with the site administration and get an additional lesson.


Sequential lessons

Consecutive lessons are lessons booked with the one tutor without interruption. In this case, the lesson lasts 50 minutes without interruption, or in two lessons of 25 minutes each with a break.

One or more consecutive lessons can be canceled individually.

  • If you cancel a lesson more than 1 hour before it starts, you can rebook the lesson time.
  • If you cancel a lesson less than 1 hour before it starts, your lesson will be considered complete.
